Station Four’s CEO, Chris Olberding, was recognized as one of the Jacksonville Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 honorees on April 17th, 2015.
In his feature article for the publication’s awards excerpt, Olberding describes his relentless pursuit of expansion for Station Four and how he and his team continue to develop innovative business lines while planning to build new office space in Downtown Jacksonville.
In an excerpt from his one-one-one interview, Olberding explains:
As we’ve gotten larger, it hasn’t been about the dollars, it’s about doing solid, interesting work,” Olberding said. “I think that clients sense that; we’re not selling products, we’re selling strategy. We don’t look at people as prospective dollars, but instead focus on what’s best for them as people with specific interests. I just think that people pick up on that culture and want to be a part of it or work with it in some way.
In the article, Olberding goes on to discuss the agency's community outreach efforts and pro-bono consultation, marketing and web design support to such groups as the Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra, Foundation Academy and Seaside Playgarden.
