Hosted by the Jacksonville Business Journal, Station Four’s Chris Olberding was asked to attend a small focus group amongst other tech industry leaders in Jacksonville, Florida on April 17th, 2015. During the group discussion, industry leaders weighed in on the challenges of hiring for technology within the local market. In addition to Olberding, Hashrocket's Marian Phelan, Greenshades Software's Matt Kane, Molehill's Tom Rossi, feature [23]'s Jeremy Vaughan and others attended the closed meeting.

In an excerpt from the roundtable, Olberding explains:

It is difficult to hire for technology from the local market. I scour Jacksonville for talented people all the time, and it’s thin.
