The most common accessory worn in the S4 office is a pair of earphones.

Music is a necessity when the team needs to focus, and most of us have some pretty strong opinions about what we listen to. With our 10-year anniversary coming up, we wanted to record our preferences for posterity. So, we took a poll to find out what songs and bands the team is currently using to drown out distractions and get the job done.

Hannah

Song: “How Long” by Charlie Puth

Band: Florida Georgia Line

Fadi

Song: "All the Small Things" by Blink-182

Band: Blink-182

Wesley

Song: "USA" by Jeff Rosenstock

Band: The Clash

Ryan

Song: "Destroyed by Hippie Powers" by Car Seat Headrest

Band: Guided By Voices

Stephanie

Song: "Life Itself" by Glass Animals

Band: Honestly? I love Fall Out Boy.

Matt

Song: "On the Mountain by the Sea" by Utah!

Band: BT or Shpongle, more recently it's probably Rend Collective, Seawaves, or Arizona.

Britta

Song: Right now it’s a tie between "Django Jane" by Janelle Monae and "Come Down" by Anderson .Paak.

Band: Queen Bey will always be my #1.

Sabreena

Song: Hard question. "Black Suit" by Super Junior 슈퍼주니어 got like 500 repeats when it came out a few months ago, but "Fantastic Baby" by Big Bang is more of a lifelong love.

Band: Probably Super Junior...Maybe Big Bang or SHINee, but I think something by SuJu shows up the most in my playlists.

Aimee

Song:  I've been going through an 80s phase, so "Lips Like Sugar" by Echo & the Bunnymen.

Band: I mean, come on. How can I possibly choose? Today, I have listened to the Go-Gos a lot. But that's not indicative of my overall taste. This question used to be easier. I just said The Beatles, and let it ride. And I still love The Beatles, but I rarely listen to them anymore. The Pretenders? Janelle Monae? The Breeders? Lucy Dacus? St. Vincent? I DON'T KNOW.

Jeff

Song & Band: Impossible to pick. No answer.
